Driving Instructor Franchise

We believe that a happy instructor means happy pupils, which in turn means repeat business for us. With this in mind, we work hard to ensure all our instructors are satisfied with the franchise and fully booked throughout the year. We only recruit driving instructors in areas where we can demonstrate an acceptable level of work. Unlike many other driving schools, we never recruit multiple instructors in the same area unless our existing instructor(s) are overbooked and continuously forced to turn pupils away.

As a result – and unlike most other franchises – we are able to offer our instructors a two-way contract, where we guarantee a regular supply of pupils in return for the weekly franchise fee paid by the instructor.

OPTION 1

A "risk free" start-up package - The first 4 weeks are completely free. The instructor franchise fee is stepped up over the second month, ensuring you'll never pay more than you are earning from our pupils.

Contractual guarantee of work - We'll commit to provide you with a minimum of on average one new pupil per week within your local area

Call-centre support - Our professional phone booking service and support line is open for pupils and instructors 7 days per week.

Dedicated advisor - You'll be assigned an experienced instructor-liaison officer, motivated to place new pupils with you and support your business.

Only 28 days notice - You can terminate the contract at any time and for whatever reason by giving us only 28 days prior notice.

2 weeks holiday per year - Allowing you to take a break from teaching without having to worry about paying the franchise fee.

Car livery - Including roof sign, magnetic door panels. Stationary - Including business cards, flyers, appointment cards, instructor's diary, pupil welcome packs, lesson plans, gift vouchers and receipt books
